Audiences For and Users of This Site:

The Organization makes Content available on the Site for community service and educational purposes. The target audiences are youth, young adults, family members of youth/young adults, persons who work with or for non-profits, professionals and paraprofessionals willing to donate their time or resources, and community stakeholders.

No Legal or Therapeutic Advice is intended on this page.

No Advertising or Solicitation

The Site is not intended to be an advertisement for legal, mental health or judicial services of any kind.

Communications

You should not send us any confidential information in connection with your use of the Site. These communications will not create an agreement to provide services, mental health of any relationship otherwise.

Relationship

Nothing in these Terms, our making available the Site and Content, or your use of the Site and Content, creates or results in a partnership or similar relationship between you and us for any purpose.

Links to Other Websites

Any links on the Site that lead to outside services and resources are provided for your convenience only. We do not control all those outside services and resources.

      We own the copyrights in the Site Content, and those rights protected by United States and other copyright and other intellectual property laws.

    2. No Sale of Content
      You may not sell, redistribute or use any Site Content without modification without the prior written consent of the organization.

    3. Appropriate Use
      You will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

 

Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that in no event will any of the Organization’s Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, or that no Organization Party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent permitted by law, no Organization Party will be liable to you or any other person for any damages that result from your use or inability to use the Site or any of the Content, or as a result of any materials or other Content, information, services, or resources made available through the Site.

    1. Entire Agreement
      These Terms, together with the Just A Word Ministries Privacy Policy, express the final, complete, and exclusive agreement between you and us, and supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous written and oral agreements, arrangement, communications, course of dealing, or understanding between you and relating to its subject matter.

    2. Changes to the Terms
      We reserve the right to make changes to any Content or Materials and other information on the Site, including these Terms, without notice to you. The most current Terms will be posted here on the Site and will be effective upon posting.

    3. Waiver
      If we do not immediately take action to address a violation of these Terms, we are not waiving our rights to take action in the future.

    4. Severability
      If any particular provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be severable and will not affect any of the other provisions.

    5. Third Party Beneficiaries
      These Terms are for the exclusive benefit of you and us, and not for the benefit of any third party including, without limitation, any of your clients.

    6. Governing Law
      The Site is owned and operated by us from our offices in California. Use of the Site will be governed by California law.

 

Nondiscrimination Policy

Just A Word Ministries admits individuals or students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or marital status to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to individuals at the organization. Consistent with its obligations under the law, in the administration of the Organization’s programs and activities, Just A Word Ministries prohibits unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, marital status or any other characteristic protected by applicable law; Just A Word Ministries also prohibits unlawful harassment including sexual harassment and sexual violence.  This policy applies to the organizations programs and activities both on and off-site.
