The positive outcomes to youth development programs are improved social skills, improved behavior, increased academic achievement, increased self-esteem, and increased self-efficacy. Young people who are surrounded by a variety of opportunities for positive encounters engage in less risky behavior and ultimately show evidence of higher rates of successful transitions into adulthood.
Life Skills Training
Life skills are abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable (Youth) to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life. Skills that function for well-being and support youth as they develop into active and productive members of their communities.
Focusing on providing education and personal development, access and opportunity to disadvantaged areas of Los Angeles County. We strongly believe communities where young people become positive producers and achievers can stimulate positive changes and economic growth in their community. Our goal is to teach youth how to rebuild their lives, which can result in rebuilding their communities. It's all in the "how-to".

and the way you treat them is often times the
person they become."
