Statement of Mission & Values

Mission

Just A Word Ministries, Inc. is in full agreement that the goal of the 21st Century should be to reproduce the Apostolic Church of the 1st Century. Simply put, the goal should be to teach and grow just as the Apostles taught and grew in the body of Christ.

The mission and vision of Just A Word Ministries, Inc. is to do our part in leading  the LOST to a FOUND place in Jesus Christ; to help ensure men and women have the spiritual tools needed to live Godly in an un-Godly world; helping people learn to navigate the Spiritual Traffic JamsTM in order to live a productive, successful, satisfied Christian life. This is accomplished through our Christian Coaching services, Seminars and Workshops, Scripture Rap sessions, Bible Tracts and a variety of other resources.

Having personally experienced the love of Jesus Christ and the regenerating POWER of the Spirit at work in my life, I am thrilled with the call of God upon me and the opportunity to reach out to the lost. The LOST souls are those Living On Satans Terms. The FOUND souls are those who surrendered their Fate to Operate Under Necessary Deliverance.

To be "Apostolic" is not a denomination, it's a lifestyle. The life the Apostles lived in the 1st century (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, James, Peter, Stephen, unto the twelve) was rooted and grounded in the teachings of Jesus Christ. Bringing women to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and a desire to follow HIS word for everlasting life is what counts and all that matters.

It will take commitment, sacrifice and striving and thriving, day by day on our part, but we are servants to a gospel that teaches "Nothing is impossible with God!"

Our ministry's intentions are that which is commanded by scripture. To spread the Good News. Tell somebody--anybody--everybody! about the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 1:8). JOY, VICTORYPOWER and HOLINESS is yours for the asking!

Just A Word Ministries, Inc. is doing its level best to —EVANGELIZE. Indeed, our worship, faithfulness and spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ is critical to our goals.

Integrity and Respect

The foundation of our ministry is integrity. Spiritual integrity. All interactions with individuals, business partners, suppliers and team members are conducted with integrity, ethics, and mutual respect.

Teamwork

Our Board of Directors are a team and as a team we invest in one another. We support, encourage and challenge each other to excellence. We value confidentiality, friendship and the commitment to developing women to live the best Christian life possible— at work, at home and at play.

Passion for Winning

We aspire to be the best God has called us to be; using our gifts and talents as only the Lord Jesus Christ will allow. We love God, life, people and enjoy setting an example for all who desire to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ!

Our teaching motto is, "You Are More Than Conquerors!"

Basic Doctrines of the Apostolic Christian Faith (partial list):
  • The inspiration and infallibility of Scripture: “All scripture is given by the inspiration of God.” (II Timothy 3:16). (See also II Peter 1:21 and Proverbs 30:5.)
  • The deity and humanity of Christ: “The Word [Jesus] was with God, and the Word was God. … And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us.” (John 1:1–14). (See also John 14:9 and I John 4:1–3.)
  • The virgin birth of Christ: The angel appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost” (Matthew 1:20). This fulfilled Isaiah’s prophecy: “A virgin shall conceive, and bear a son.” (Isaiah 7:14).
  • The resurrection of Christ: “If Christ be not risen, then is our preaching in vain, and your faith is also vain” (I Corinthians 15:14). (See also Romans 6:4.)
  • The sinfulness of man: “As by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.” (Romans 5:12).
  • The salvation of man through faith in Christ alone: “By grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8–9). (See also Colossians 1:14.)
  • The imminent return of Christ: “The Lord himself shall descend from heaven … Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” (I Thessalonians 4:16–17).
